Our History, Our Legacy
HSA Properties is the evolution of a distinguished legacy built over five decades by Husnain Cotex (Private) Limited—one of Pakistan’s most respected names in construction. Founded by Muhammad Yousuf Sheikh in 1967, the group has shaped the nation’s landscape through pioneering infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and urban developments.
Under the leadership of Sheikh Ayub, the second generation expanded this legacy with Royal Residencia, a premium housing project offering quality living along New Defence Road, seamlessly connected to Lahore’s Ring Road and the Royal Villas Multan and Royal Residencia Harappa, Sahiwal, are prime projects on premium locations.
Today, HSA Properties is led by Hashir Sheikh Ayub, the third-generation torchbearer, who brings a forward-looking vision rooted in tradition.
